]]> Simon Gordon is the Managing Director of Sovereign Corporate Services Dubai. Originally from Ireland, Simon moved to Dubai in 2013 and for the past 9 years Simon has been advising clients on how to structure their corporate affairs in the UAE and further afield.  Simon is responsible for an office of 36 employees, split across various departments  including Sales, Administration, Accounting, Pensions and Office Management. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in International Arts (Economics and Spanish) from the University College Dublin in Ireland which included an Erasmus year studying at La Universidad de Salamanca. Simon is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

]]> I joined the Sovereign Dubai office in August of 2022 to work in the Corporate Services sales team as a Business Development Manager.
I have lived and worked in the UAE since June of 2012 and have gained extensive knowledge of the UAE market as I have spent the previous eleven years working in the financial services industry.

My day-to-day role in Dubai is to promote the Company Formation and Corporate Services solutions that Sovereign offer. In addition to this, I also handle the Residency and Citizenship enquires that come through the Dubai office and manage the Wealth Management relationships across the region that deal with Sovereign.

It is my goal to promote Sovereign as the go to firm in the Middle East for individuals and companies who need accurate, high-quality advice whatever their requirements.

He assists both corporate and individual private clients to incorporate different type of structures, with a strong focus on offshore, free zone entities, foundations and banking. Since he joined the corporate services sector, Martin assisted with the incorporation of over 800 companies in the Middle East and other offshore financial centres. Martin has gained extensive experience in the industry and has built solid relationships with trusted banks around the globe and other professionals within the commercial law sector.

Originally from Argentina, Martin is a native Spanish and French speaker. His education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and a Diploma in Estate Planning and International Taxation. He is currently studying for the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
