Steve Shuttleworth is an accomplished technology executive with over 30 years experience in leading innovative projects and driving digital transformation. As the Chief Technology Officer at Sovereign Group, Steve is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology strategy, ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals, leading a team of talented IT professionals.<\/p>\n

With a strong background in business & technology management and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge solutions, Steve has successfully implemented global projects across large enterprises in the Pharmaceutical, Automotive and Logistics industries, typically with a strong Regulatory focus.<\/p>\n

Steve started his career with Courtaulds PLC, holding various positions of responsibility across key business functions for over ten years, before moving to Novartis Pharma where he held the role of Regional CIO for twelve years.
\nMore recently hands on consultancy spells at Jaguar Land Rover and ThaiUnion, rescuing large complex strategic IT investments programmes that had gone awry.<\/p>\n

Since Joining the Sovereign Group in 2022 he has led the transformation of the IT Infrastructure and system landscape, ensuring Information Security plays a leading role.
