Sovereign Cooperate Services Limited is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant to provide support to its Corporate Offices within the Sovereign Group. If you are willing to join a Great Place to Work, then this job is for you!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new clients
- To carry out the day to day administration of the structures including incorporation
- Ensure compliance of files with the relevant jurisdiction’s laws
- Keeping track of client billing
- Handling client queries professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and timely service delivery
- Follow internal procedures, and ensure filing, scanning of statutory documents and regularly updating the relevant internal systems
- Coaching of and assisting junior and other staff as and when required
- Perform any ad hoc tasks
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Degree holder
- At least 2 – 3 years’ experience
- Experience in outsourcing background will be a definite advantage
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft tool and Viewpoint
- Strong communication, accounting / analytical skills and attention to detail
- Cope with the work balance, manage time & workload, willingness to learn more.
