­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Job Purpose:

To carry out all activities for official collection and submission of government applications as well as the processing of a variety of legal documents. The position is partly office based with the primary focus based outside of the office representing the Company at ADED, Ministries, Notaries, and other Government Departments

 

Main duties:

  • Operating and managing Government websites such as Tasheel, eDNRD, eChannel, Tamm and free zone portals (ACCESS ADGM portal is a benefit).
  • Preparing documents for applications and processes.
  • Checking client documents for validity and any possible complications that might delay applications.
  • Reviewing the translation of Arabic legal documents to ensure their accuracy.
  • Translating ad hoc Arabic emails, letters, etc.
  • Building relationships in a variety of Government Departments.
  • Working with the CRM and maintaining information correctly.
  • Accompanying clients to government departments and assistance with various processes.
  • Use initiative to find solutions and alternative ways to problems that may arise with applications and processes.
  • Maintain regular communication with Operations and Corporate Services Team Leaders of the status of processes and whereabout of documents.
  • Use time effectively to maximise efficient delivery of processes, attend the office each afternoon in good time to feedback on the days task and schedule the following days’ workflow.
  • Maintenance of sections of the company database.
  • Accountable for all important and secure client documents, their location and safety, such as e-signature cards, passports, EIDs, corporate and legal documents (especially MOFA attested originals), POAs, etc.
  • Liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks.
  • Advise and guide other staff members on operational and corporate matters.
  • Prepare comprehensive written information following research tasks at various departments.
  • Complete all general administration in a timely manner.
  • Complete ad hoc special projects as and when required.
  • Attend weekly operations and corporate services meetings.
  • When required work from the ADGM Office of our Group’s sister company.

 

Education & Experience

  • Proficient in English and Arabic language, written and verbal.
  • IT competency (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent keyboard skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ related UAE working experience.
  • UAE driving license.
