KSA Business Development Consultant

Sovereign PPG Saudi Arabia (www.SovereignGroup.com) are a leading business set-up and public relations support provider, facilitating procedures and processes involved in establishing and maintaining a commercial entity and related support services in Saudi Arabia. We also have regional presence in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.

Sovereign PPG Saudi Arabia are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Development Consultant with an in-depth understanding of company formation, labour and immigration, government relation services and liquidations to join our growing team based at our new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of client enquiries and assistance with advising on the best corporate structure
  • Locate or propose potential new business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Meet with potential new clients as well as potential referrers.
  • Manage referral and introducer agreements.
  • Prepare bespoke proposals for the clients to review and follow up with phone calls and/or meetings.
  • Manage client communications from initial enquiry to signed proposal.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating.
  • Develop opportunities in KSA and other jurisdictions.
  • Protect the organisation’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhance organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Solve problems, make decisions and propose solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  • Attend on a regular basis networking events and business meetings.
  • Managing all leads, dealing directly with the client and managing the process from sale to the establishment of the entity.
  • Working in line with your budget
  • Using social media to promote self and company, drafting articles to be written up as blog/articles Following up on all proposals sent out on a regular basis by phone and email
  • Follow up on lawyer and other referrer meetings
  • Qualify prospective clients
  • Research – finding new prospects
  • Discovery – initial research for new prospects and the best activities, set up and formation needs
  • Enhances organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Cultivate relationships with government and semi -government authorities and other government corporate service providers.
  • Solve problems, make decisions, and propose solutions to improve processes and procedures.
  • Provide a monthly sales report to line manager
  • Maintain current client relationships and offer support to the operations team when required.

Qualifications and Experience

Successful candidates will have relevant experience within Saudi Arabia

  • Experience in doing business in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic.
  • Company formation experience.
  • Relationship management.
  • Launching start-up businesses.
  • IT competency (Microsoft Office)
