Office Manager

Location: Sovereign’s office in Cyprus based in Limassol

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Organise office layout and order stationery and equipment
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Manage overall operations including petty cash management, office systems, order inventory and supplies
  • Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware and travel arrangements)
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with couriers and messengers
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Processes invoices and managing office budgets
  • Arrange transport and accommodation of clients/colleagues visiting the office
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the right staff
  • Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluency in English language (Greek is a plus)
  • Solid work experience as a secretary, office manager or in any other similar role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Capable of working on their own initiative and under pressure
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Pleasant personality
  • Team-player
