Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across various departments within the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes to maximize automation potential and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for deployed RPA solutions, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.
- Train and support end-users in adopting and utilizing RPA technologies effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Developer or RPA IT Specialist, with a strong track record of successfully implementing IT solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Strong understanding of process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications but not essential:
- Certification in RPA tools.
- Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems, such as ERP or CRM.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
