Zijad Hanic

Zijad works as a Business Development Manager in the Sovereign Corporate Services department. His main expertise is company formation throughout all the free zones in the UAE, the establishment of onshore entities in the UAE and the incorporation of offshore companies worldwide. Zijad’s expertise extends to the UAE’s commercial, corporate and labour laws and he has been involved in all stages of the company formation process and management. He regularly assists his clients with post-corporate operations such as liquidations, transfer of shares, deregistration, appointment and removal of officers and all other necessary amendments.

Before joining the Sovereign Group, Zijad worked in the legal department of different multinational companies in the UAE and Bosnia and Herzegovina. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Middlesex University in London.
