Alex Powell

Alex joined Sovereign Pension Services in our Wirral office in 2022 as Head of Customer Services. Following that businesses’ sale in 2023 he moved to Spain where he stepped into the role of Head of Operations for Sovereign Trust Gibraltar Ltd and has since been promoted to Managing Director, based in Sovereign’s Gibraltar office. Alex has a strong background in operations and service excellence having previously spent over a decade with Lloyds Banking Group in the United Kingdom. Alex is extremely passionate about delivering high performing and customer-centric operational teams.
