Jemma Harrison is Head of Business Transformation at Sovereign Group and is responsible for leading the Group’s strategic transformation, focused on modernising systems, streamlining operational processes and supporting the organisation’s continued global growth.

With over 25 years’ experience in the financial services and Trust and corporate services industry, Jemma has extensive expertise in technology and operational transformation, having previously worked as a consultant, technology director and product development lead.

At Sovereign, Jemma leads the Group’s transformation agenda across jurisdictions and departments. She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure transformation initiatives align with business strategy and deliver measurable value.

Jemma combines a strong technical background with practical operational insight, enabling her to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes. She is passionate about using data, automation and structured processes to enhance productivity and support sustainable growth across service lines and international offices.
