Brigitte Tan

Brigitte is a Chartered Secretary and Associate member of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and The Chartered Governance Institute (CGI), with over 15 years of experience in the corporate services industry.

She joined Sovereign in late 2025 and focuses on providing corporate governance, company secretarial and compliance advisory services to multinational corporations, privately held businesses and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to joining Sovereign, Brigitte held senior roles with leading corporate service providers in Singapore, where she managed listed and private company portfolios and advised clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance and corporate structuring matters. She has extensive experience supporting clients across Singapore and international jurisdictions.

She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.
