Chara Chatzichristodoulou

Chara Chatzichristodoulou is the Director of Legal & Compliance of Sovereign Trust (Cyprus) Limited, bringing over 15 years of experience in the corporate and fiduciary sector. She is a holder of an LLB from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki and an LLM from the University of Surrey, qualified lawyer and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, and a CySEC-certified Anti-Money Laundering Officer.

Before joining Sovereign in 2021, she led corporate and compliance teams in leading ASPs and law firms, serving as Head of Corporate Department and MLRO. Her extensive expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management combined with her strategic, hands-on approach, ensures Sovereign Cyprus operates with the highest integrity and professional excellence.
