Faraz is currently a Business Development Manager working with companies, founders and professional advisers to understand their commercial objectives, identify the different corporate, financial and people-related requirements involved, and coordinate the appropriate Sovereign specialists to deliver a joined-up solution. Faraz specialises in:

• UAE mainland and free-zone company establishment

• ADGM and DIFC structures

• Corporate structuring and market entry

• Tax, accounting and ongoing compliance

• HR advisory, employment contracts and policies

• Payroll and WPS coordination

• Immigration, PRO and workforce mobilisation

• Ongoing operational support

Before moving into business development, Faraz had over 10 years of HR experience in the region, advising businesses across the GCC on employment matters, HR operations, organisational design, compensation and benefits, policies, restructuring and workforce planning. This specialist foundation enables him to look beyond an immediate enquiry, identify requirements a business may not yet have considered and bring together the right expertise across Sovereign. He is holding a CIPD Level 5 qualification and currently pursuing his CIPD Level 7.
