Jakub Nieweglowski

Jakub is a member of Sovereign’s Business Development team in Mauritius, working with private clients and professional advisers on international corporate, fiduciary and private wealth solutions.

His professional background spans client services, compliance and corporate administration, with experience gained in both Mauritius and Australia. This provides him with a broad understanding of the practical, regulatory and commercial considerations involved in cross-border structuring and international private client work.

Jakub holds a Master of International Business from the International College of Management Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Law from Curtin University.

He is STEP qualified and holds the STEP Diploma, having completed advanced studies in trust and company law, trustee duties, international taxation, anti-money laundering and compliance. His areas of focus include international structuring, trusts and succession planning, private wealth solutions, corporate structuring and cross-border advisory work.
