Kerry Scholes LLB (Hons), TEP

Kerry Scholes was appointed Managing Director of Sovereign Trust (Isle of Man) in 2025. She also continues in her role as Director of Trusts, Pensions & Compliance.

Kerry received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Hertfordshire in 2007 and began her working life as a legal clerk with an Isle of Man-based law firm.

She joined Sovereign Trust (IoM) as a Trust & Company administrator in 2010 and was promoted to Trust & Legal Consultant after gaining a Diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2012. She was further promoted to Director of Trusts & Pensions in 2016.

Kerry sat on the board of STEP’s Isle of Man branch for 10 years and served as Chair of STEP Isle of Man for four years before stepping down from this role at the end of 2024.
