She oversees the end-to-end management of client support following entity setup, ensuring that businesses remain compliant with local regulations and operational requirements throughout their lifecycle. Supported by a skilled team of Client Relationship personnel and Government Liaison Officers, Libbie guarantees that all procedures are executed efficiently and within designated timelines. She has played a key role in enhancing service delivery standards, with a particular focus on improving client satisfaction (CSAT) across the UAE and Middle East, reflecting her commitment to service excellence.
Renowned for her ability to thoroughly understand client needs, Libbie effectively identifies requirements by asking pertinent questions, assessing objectives, and implementing tailored solutions to deliver service of the highest quality.
