Oksana Sukhar

Oksana Sukhar is a senior business development and private client professional with more than 15 years’ experience in international structuring, cross-border advisory, and private wealth planning. In her current role, she works closely with corporate lawyers, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and international entrepreneurs, providing strategic advice on business structuring, succession planning, and long-term asset protection foundations.

Oksana’s core areas of expertise include corporate and private wealth structuring, international market entry, immigration and global mobility solutions, and the establishment and management of cross-border investment and holding structures. She has extensive experience working with clients across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and key international financial centres, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and structuring solutions in the GCC region.

Oksana holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from Middlesex University, alongside Master’s degrees in Project Management and English/German Linguistics. She is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI).
