We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to form part of our Accounts team
in Malta. The successful candidate will form part of a dynamic team. In this role you will
be assisting the Accounts team with the internal accounting function of a licensed entity
and the accounting for various Retirement Pension Schemes.
Main Duties
- Checking bank accounts for funds received from third parties and report the
findings to the pensions team - Transferring pension payments to members
- Updating company database and sending emails with the payment transfer
confirmations to the pensions team - Request, download and store valuations from Investment houses for pension
members as requested by the pensions team - Scanning, filing, archiving documents within the accounts team
- Processing ad hoc payments
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as required
- Providing administration support to the rest of the team
- Any other related duties as may be requested by the Managers or Directors from
time to time

- Experience of working in an office environment
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset but not
essential - Strong team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse
workforce
