With over 20 years within the occupational international and Guernsey pension & savings space, Jo has experienced the evolution in the market and how an occupational product can deliver meaningful solutions to employers that are diverse in size, sector and needs – whether that be within the not for profit or profit sectors. Jo is based in Guernsey and worked for the Generali Group for 18 years and is now Solution Lead with the Sovereign Group team, delivering international and domestic occupational products through their global footprint in over 20 countries.
