Martin Zubeldia

Martin has lived in the UAE for 15 years and serves as a Business Development Manager within the Sovereign Corporate Services department. He advises corporate and private clients on structuring and incorporation across offshore jurisdictions, free zones, and onshore frameworks, with particular specialization in DIFC and ADGM entities, regulated setups, and fund structures. Since entering the corporate services sector, he has supported the incorporation of more than 900 companies across the Middle East and other international financial centres, while building strong relationships with global banks and legal professionals.

Originally from Argentina, Martin is a native Spanish and French speaker. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade and a Diploma in Estate Planning and International Taxation. He is currently pursuing the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, further strengthening his expertise in cross-border structuring and wealth planning.
