Maureen joined Sovereign in October 2018 and was appointed to the board in September 2022. She is STEP-qualified with over 10 years’ experience in client services and employee management. Maureen regularly attends both STEP and industry training sessions to keep up with new customer servicing trends and channels so that customer service becomes the brand. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Maureen regularly develops internal campaigns to assist employees with effective customer service and personal techniques. Maureen enjoys a good Netflix binge and is also an avid reader, from classic to modern writers.
