Philip Gilboy

Philip is the Legal Counsel for the Sovereign Middle East Region. He is a qualified solicitor in both Ireland and the UK (England and Wales) and has built an extensive wealth of knowledge in Corporate Services, Corporate Structuring and Private Wealth with over 12 years working in the industry spanning several jurisdictions including Ireland, Gibraltar, Malta and Dubai.

Having previously worked for a large US corporate institution, a law firm and a corporate bank he now works closely with the business development team engaging with some of Sovereign’s HNW individuals and large corporate clients.

He is a Member of The Law Society of Ireland and a Solicitor of The Senior Courts of England and Wales and attended the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG) graduating with a Bachelor of Law and Economics (Hons) and a Postgraduate LLB in Law (Hons).
