Vivian Leung

Vivian is the Associate Director of Business Development at Sovereign Trust (Hong Kong). She graduated from a university in California with a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, and law, and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Vivian has many years of experience in planning international assets for high-net-worth clients. Prior to joining Sovereign Trust, she served as a Trust Advisor at an independent trust company. She also provided insurance advisory services and solutions to clients at brokerage firms in the United States and Hong Kong.

With solid professional knowledge and nearly 10 years of practical experience, Vivian is able to flexibly apply a range of diversified tools, including international family trusts and insurance, to provide holistic wealth structuring advice to clients from different backgrounds and jurisdictions.

In addition to private asset structuring, she also has extensive experience in local and international corporate structuring advisory, as well as related corporate administration and support services, including corporate administration services and visa processing.

She also specializes in pre-IPO trust planning, employee benefit trusts, and the succession, preservation, and asset protection of private family wealth.

Vivian is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
