Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of trust and company structures
- Act as primary contact for clients, advisors, and beneficiaries
- Oversee distributions, asset transactions, and trust documentation
- Liaise with banks, investment managers, and legal advisors
- Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate records, and timely reporting
Essential Requirements (Must-Have)
- Resident in Spain or Gibraltar
- STEP qualified (full or part-qualified), or willing to study
- Proven experience in trust and company administration
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
