Herman Redelinghuys

Herman is a Business Development Manager at Sovereign Trust South Africa. Herman works closely with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and professional intermediaries to advise them on international corporate structures, trusts and private client solutions.

He is focused on building and maintaining relationships with reputable accountants, legal and tax advisors and family offices, to help our clients navigate cross-border structuring and their long-term objectives.

With over 16 years’ experience across the media and financial services sectors, Herman brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to his work. Based in Cape Town, he has experience supporting South African clients with international structuring into key jurisdictions, and enjoys building trusted relationships across markets while identifying opportunities that create long-term value.

Herman will play an active role within the Sovereign South Africa team, working closely with internal specialists across jurisdictions to deliver tailored and compliant solutions. Prior to joining Sovereign, he held a business development roles working with private clients, corporates and fund clients across EMEA. He holds a B.A. in Socio-Informatics from Stellenbosch University and continues to focus on strengthening relationships within the professional intermediary space.
