Rhianne Fitch

Rhianne joined Sovereign in 2011 following the completion of her A-level studies at the Guernsey Sixth Form Centre. She began her career within the Pensions team before identifying a strong interest in Human Resources, prompting her transition to the department in 2015.

Since then, Rhianne has obtained her CIPD Level 3 qualification in People Practice and holds a Certificate in Mental Health First Aid. In her current role as People Business Partner, she is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle and supporting the delivery of effective people strategies across the business.
