Richard Neal

Richard has been part of the Sovereign Group for more than 13 years. He first joined the Cape Town office in 2012, later spending three years in Johannesburg from 2015, before returning to Cape Town in 2018. Over the course of his career with Sovereign, he has held senior leadership roles, including Managing Director of both our South African and Mauritian offices.

Having gained extensive operational and strategic experience, Richard has now returned to what he enjoys most: business development. With a dedicated focus on expanding our client base across Africa, he works closely with individuals and businesses to help them take advantage of international structuring opportunities. His goal is to ensure clients’ personal and corporate objectives are fully supported through thoughtful, effective, and compliant cross-border solutions.
