Suchitra Ravi

Suchitra is the Head of Corporate Services at Sovereign Corporate Services, where she has been since 2019. She leads the UAE corporate services division, overseeing a team that delivers company structuring, formation and regulatory compliance solutions across the UAE Mainland, Freezones, DIFC, ADGM and Oman.

With experience across both private and public sectors across various industries, including time with the Emirates Group,  she has worked on several large-scale government initiatives in Abu Dhabi. One of the most impactful projects she led as Consultant and Project Manager focused on standardising the blue-collar workforce, where she helped conceptualize, design and deliver technical testing frameworks and established certified testing centres across the emirate.

Over the past six years with Sovereign, Suchitra has also supported notable luxury, sportswear and global brands in establishing their footprint in the UAE, helping them navigate the complexities of the local market.

She holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a certification in DIFC Law to further enhance her expertise in the UAE’s legal and regulatory landscape.

Suchitra is passionate about guiding businesses through the complexities of regional compliance with practical, client-focused solutions. Outside of work, she is also a proud mum, balancing the demands of career, family and ongoing professional growth. That balance has helped shape the way she leads, communicates and problem-solves in fast-moving environments.
