Be the Voice of Our Service
At Sovereign Pension Services, we believe that exceptional client relationships are the foundation of everything we do. We are looking for a personable, diligent, and empathetic Client Relationship Administrator to become the vital link between our members, their advisors, and our internal team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied day, combining direct client interaction with the careful coordination of administrative tasks to deliver a seamless service experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be the friendly and professional voice of Sovereign, managing the administration of retirement products from start to finish. Your core duties will include:
- Client-Facing Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails from members, intermediaries, and advisors, responding to queries and providing clear, helpful updates.
- Request Coordination: You will receive, validate, and prepare all retirement product requests, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is complete and accurate before liaising with our Client Servicing Team for processing.
- Accuracy & Compliance: Meticulously following checklists and procedures, you’ll update our systems (like Viewpoint), review Client Due Diligence documents, and work with our Compliance department to ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
- Relationship Building: Proactively maintain and strengthen relationships with financial advisors and introducers, building trust and becoming a reliable resource for them.
- Team Collaboration: Working as “One Team,” you will coordinate seamlessly with internal colleagues to ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Is This You? Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is not only skilled but also shares our client-centric values. The right person will have:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-serving role; experience in financial services or pensions is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
- A diligent and well-organised approach, with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive, empathetic, and patient nature, with a genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
- A strong work ethic and a motivation to learn, grow, and contribute to our team’s success.
