
Faraz is an accomplished CIPD Level 5 HR Professional with over 8 years of comprehensive experience in HR Strategy Management, Policy Development, Talent Management, and Digital HR Transformations, who is leading our client HR Services across the GCC. With a proven ability to lead complex HR projects and deliver innovative solutions for high-profile clients across various sectors, Faraz has established a great relationship with multiple clients across the GCC by building and optimising their HR functions from the ground up, aligning HR strategies, and improving performance metrics, developing talent pipelines, and improving employee engagement.
